The service includes sending to your email the certificates, the corresponding proof of registration and your digital blockchain audit file, which is sent the next day in a .zip file

This is about making a one-time payment for the registration of a work and downloading its certificate. You receive irrefutable, global, and lifelong technological proof, along with a permanent public information page for this registration.

In addition, we provide the following complementary services free of charge for 12 months:

• Sending “Cease and Desist” notices

• Registering corrections, in case there were errors in the title of the work or the name of the author associated with the registration

How to make a payment for individual use:

1. Start the registration process for the work as usual.

2. If you add co-authors or related rights to the registration, an additional fee will apply for each registration made.

3. In step five, click "Register" and on the next screen select: “Individual payment for these services.”

4. Payment can be made by debit card, credit card, or PayPal.

Important: Once the registration is completed, we recommend downloading the technical proof to store it locally—its validity is permanent. Downloads of proofs and certificates will remain active for the work for 12 months.

You can also make up to 20 free registrations when the rights reservation is under free licenses such as Creative Commons — that is, registrations with some rights reserved, without a pseudonym, and with public visibility of the registration. The storage space for these is 500 MB.

Safe Creative's subscription is a service that, through a periodic payment, allows you to access unlimited registrations and use all personal or business features during the contracted period.

What is the storage space assigned to my account on Safe Creative?

Safe Creative provides indefinite storage for the original files registered, including their certificates and any possible attachments. The allocated storage space varies according to the type of subscription:

• Non-subscription accounts: 500 MB of storage space are assigned.
• Personal Subscription: Users have 15 GB of space, with the option to expand it.
• Corporate Subscription: 100 GB of space is assigned, also with the option for expansion.

How can I expand the storage space?

To expand the storage space of your Safe Creative account, you should access "My current plan" from the menu, and within the contracted service, click the "+" button to increase the storage space according to your needs.

What happens to my registrations if I do not renew my subscription?

If you choose not to renew your subscription, you will automatically switch to basic, pay-per-use services.

Registrations made with "Personal" or "Corporate" subscription services will lose advanced functionalities 12 months after their registration, meaning you will not be able to perform new actions reserved for that type of service. The registrations will be kept as they were made, and you can download the original registered file if needed.

All evidence generated is kept in your user account and in our system indefinitely, and the downloaded certificates are permanently valid. Moreover, all the registrations made will continue to display the information that was publicly posted. If the registrations were private, they will remain so too.

If you need to make new registrations with © "all rights reserved", private, download certificates, register works in co-authorship, and any other action characteristic of advanced services, you can re-subscribe at any time and continue to operate normally.

You can find your purchase history and invoices in the "Settings" section of your account.

From there, you can access:

• Your purchases: View all completed transactions.
• Your invoices: Download and review billing documents.
• Your payment methods: Manage your saved payment options.

Important:

If you have automatic subscription renewal enabled, make sure to keep your payment details updated to avoid service interruptions.

Billing Information and Tax Identification Number (VAT)

• Individual users: The tax identification number can be your identity document, national ID card, passport, or similar.
• Correct format: The tax identification number must be entered without spaces, hyphens, or special characters to avoid billing errors.

The service that Safe Creative offers to non-subscribers includes these functionalities:

• Access to individually register works with "©" licenses (all rights reserved) through individual payments.
• The possibility of making up to a maximum of 20 registrations of works with free licenses (CC, GPL, etc.) that indicate that the free use of the works is authorized under certain conditions.
