Common questions from founders
Can I protect my code without uploading it?
Yes. You can certify only the hash (fingerprint) of your code, release or document, without the content leaving your system. Its existence and integrity are proven on a certain date, and the day you need it the original must match the certified fingerprint.
Does this replace a patent?
No. It is proof of authorship, existence and certain date, very useful as a trade secret and to establish priority, but it is not a patent right. To patent, consult an industrial property agent; this proof complements that strategy.
What validity do NDA signatures have?
It is an advanced electronic signature compliant with eIDAS, sufficient for the vast majority of NDAs and contracts with freelancers, partners or investors. It is not a qualified signature, which is only required in specific procedures.
Does it work as proof before investors or in an M&A?
Yes. A centralized repository of the ownership of your intangible assets, with authorship and certain date, is exactly what is reviewed in due diligence and provides security in a sale.
Can I integrate it into my development flow?
Yes. Through the API you can seal releases, builds or backups from your CI/CD by sending only the hash, and test in the Arena environment. It is a professional channel with conditions per agreement.
Can I also register the use of AI?
