Can I register many photos at once?
Yes. You can select and drag several photos at once from your computer or Drive, or group them into a single file (such as a PDF or ZIP) to register them as a collection. You also have automatic registration options by connecting services like Dropbox.
What do I do if I find my photo used without permission?
In addition to having your photo registered, you can certify the page or post where it appears with web certification, capturing that evidence with a certain date before it's deleted.
How do I manage assignments to a client or media outlet?
It's best to put in writing which use you assign (online, print, exclusivity, duration). You can formalise it with an electronic signature and keep the proof.
Isn't the metadata enough as proof?
Metadata can be removed or altered easily. Registration with a trusted third party provides much more solid proof of authorship and date.
Don't I already have the rights without registering?
Yes, they arise on creation (Berne Convention). Registration is voluntary and gives you the dated proof to demonstrate it.
