Frequently asked questions

Do I have to upload the file to certify it?

Not necessarily. For file certification you can send only the SHA-256 hash, so the content never leaves your system and you preserve confidentiality.

Can I test without spending credits?

Yes. The Arena environment is identical to the real one and lets you test all your logic with test keys, without spending credits or generating final legal records.

Are the two APIs used separately?

They can be used independently or combined. Safe Creative covers authorship and rights; Safe Stamper, the generation of evidence and certification. Together they automate the full flow.

What validity does evidence generated by API have?

The same evidentiary technology as the platform: triple hash, time stamping and Firma Profesional QTSP under eIDAS, with a blockchain audit where applicable. Its assessment depends on the context and jurisdiction.
