Operator Access

The corporate subscription allows access to collaborators or employees

Adding Operators: From "My Settings" > "Manage Operators," add new operators by specifying the services they will access.
Permissions: Operators can register works, use available services, and consult the account's records and documents. They cannot access the administrator’s personal information or manage payment methods.

Quick and Easy Work Registration

To register a work as an organization:

Account Access: Log in to your Safe Creative account.
New Registration: Click on "New registration" and select the type of work (literary, audiovisual, etc.).
File Upload: Upload the file corresponding to the work. Accepted formats include PDF, DOC, MP3, JPG, and others, with a maximum size of 2 GB per file.

uthorship and Rights: Indicate that you are the "rights holder" of the work. If there are co-holders, add them specifying the corresponding percentage.

Internationally Valid Registration Certificates

Work Registration Certificate: A technical document that proves the identity and integrity of the work through a triple identification system (SHA1, SHA256, and SHA512) and double time-stamping to ensure the registration date and time.
Registration Certificate: Provides a summary of the information registered with Safe Creative, including the registration code, title, author, registration date, and reserved rights.
Creative Process Certificate: Can be issued if creative pieces have been registered before the final work. This certificate collects all development materials of the work, such as sketches and drafts, with dates and stamps, demonstrating the creative evolution of the work.

Technical Proofs of Registration

Safe Creative provides technical evidence to confirm the date of possession of the work and the rights declarations, including:

The original work or its description and three digital fingerprints (SHA1, SHA256, SHA512) for identification.
Double time-stamping of the registration to verify the date and time.
