What are the differences between registration types private, public with or without download allowed?

We propose to choose between five ways of displaying public information from the records:

1) None *
This is a private record. It does not allow access to any information in the registry. Only the user of the account can see the information and download the work. Very useful if you do not want to give clues about what you are working on.

2) Only registration information (recommended)
This is the default registration. It allows access to the registry information (name of the author or owner, title of the work, permissions or rights declared), so you can share information links and informative labels with a dissuasive and preventive purpose. No one can access or download the registered file, except the author when it is logged in.

3) With preview or play of the work
It allows you to enlarge the preview image in case of photos or listen to audio in case you have uploaded an mp3 file, but the files cannot be downloaded.

4) With download of original file:
It allows the registry information to be accessible from anywhere on the Internet and also allows Internet users to download the original work.

5) With download of file with registration information*:
It allows the information of the registry to be accessible from any part in Internet and, in addition, Internet users can download the work with metadata.

 All records are equally valid.

*Functionality included in the Professional and Business subscriptions. It can also be hired punctually for individual records made with basic features.
